On the protection of human rights and the promotion of the immediate release of persons unlawfully deprived of liberty for political and religious reasonson the territory of Ukraine, as well as not an amnesty, but the full and unconditional rehabilitation of all political prisoners and those unlawfully deprived of citizenship in Ukraine, the lifting of sanctions against them, and the restoration of their Ukrainian citizenship.
